MARGARET STAFFORD PIANO SCHOLARSHIP -- $100 winner, $50.00 first runner-up. Contestant must be in grade 4-6 in school. Contestant must perform from memory two classical compositions, preferably one American and one non-American. Total performance time is to be not more than four minutes.
ESTELLE BRADY PIANO SCHOLARSHIP -- $150.00 winner, $75.00 first runner-up. Contestant must be in grade 7-8 in school. Contestant must perform from memory compositions representative of any two of the following eras: Baroque, Classic, Romantic, Impressionist, Contemporary. Audition must be no longer than ten minutes.
JO BUNCH SANDE PIANO SCHOLARSHIP -- $200.00 winner, $100.00 first runner-up. Contestant must be a high school freshman or sophomore. Contestant must perform from memory compositions representative of any two of the following eras: Baroque, Classic, Romantic, Impressionist, Contemporary. Audition must be no longer than fifteen minutes.
MARLENE SPEECE CLIFFORD PIANO SCHOLARSHIP -- $300.00 winner, $150.00 first runner-up. Contestant must be a high school junior or senior. Contestant must perform from memory compositions representative of any two of the following eras: Baroque, Classic, Romantic, Impressionist, Contemporary. VIOLET MORRISON SENIOR VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP -- $2000.00 winner, $100.00 first runner-up. Contestant must be a senior in high school. Contestant must perform from memory selections representative of any two of the following: aria from opera or oratorio, art song, aria from operetta or musical comedy, folk song or ballad.
MACDOWELL ORGAN/STRINGS SCHOLARSHIP -- $125.00 winner, $75.00 first runner-up. Contestant may be any age. Contestant must perform two compositions representative of Baroque, Classic, Romantic, Impressionist, or Contemporary eras. Performance time shall be no longer than ten minutes.
HYMN PLAYING BLASSES III, IV, & V -- $50.00 winner, $25.00 first runner-up. Refer to hymn playing rules in the Federation Festival Handbook.
“AMERICAN SINGING BEAGLE” VOICE SCHOLARSHIP funded by D. J. Lloyd-Fuller -- $75.00 winner, $25.00 runner-up. Voice contestants may be any age up to 7th grade in school. Contestant must perform from memory two selections of age appropriate mustical theatre, classical, and/or folk song.
INSTRUMENTAL SCHOLOARSHIP (other than piano) funded by D. J. Lloyd-Fuller -- $100.00 winner, $50.00 runner-up. Contestants may be any age. Contestant shall play two compositions, and may use scores.
